October Favourites

Its November already! I know everyone says this at the beginning of every monthly favourites but its true so I'm saying it... Where has the year gone! Though I know its the same for everyone I feel like us shift workers really feel the year slip by... I honestly spend most of my time awake when everyone else is sleeping and then trying to catch up on sleep on my days off and before you know it you're back at work again. Its a good life haha but i wouldn't trade it.

Anyway, after all that babble, I'll get into it. October was a busy month but a few new finds made it into the bunch as well as some old favourites too. My favourite fragrance of the month has to go to Lady Million by Paco Rabanne. This has been a favourite for a while but I've found myself reaching for it the most through this warmer weather. It has a slightly sweet floral scent with undertones of honey that lasts on my skin all day long. Definite winner for me and I get so many compliments when I wear this!

Another old favourite but in a yummy new scent is Breeze Balm by Sammy Leo in watermelon. Woah, guys! I thought the Acaii one was unbeatable but this one hands down in the winner for me. Who doesn't love watermelon! This is the perfect smell with the same hydration quality as all the other flavours, if you haven't gotten on this bandwagon yet, what are you even doing with your life!

One of the new finds of the month that has stolen my heart has been the Face Halo. Bravo Chloe, you sure know what you are doing when it comes to pretty much everything. This little round circle doesn't look like much but it will change your game for makeup removal! This is as simple as wetting this little cloth and rubbing it on your face to remove makeup completely! I have to admit it does not work as well on my eye makeup as it claims, but I remove most of it with some oil based makeup remover and use the little cloth to take the rest off and voila! Face makeup comes off easy as without any hard rubbing and then I can cleanse my skin to get a deeper clean! For a lazy girl who doesn't want to mess around (ME!) this will make the process that much easier!

Now Trilogy skincare has long been one of my favourite brands, and when my dear boyfriend who pays no attention to his skin asked me to find him something that will help his horrible dry skin I went straight to Trilogy. This Rosapene Night Cream has been fantastic for both of our skin and Ive found myself reaching for this every night. It has made a drastic difference to his skin and mine is feeling more hydrated and happy. If you are looking for a nice thick moisturiser that will really hydrate, this is it!

Again another cult classic would be the Sweet Peach Palette by Too Faced. Look, everyone and their dogs are talking about this whole range. Its amazing, the colours are perfect for us who love warm colours on the eyes and it smells like peaches. What more is there to love?? Finally! (Is anyone still with me?) Is Quay glasses! I have bought three pairs now and all have been amazing, but this months favourites have to be the High Key in Gunmetal and rose. These are from the Quay x Desi range and they are by far the most amazing glasses ever! The aviator frames are large and in charge without taking over my plump little face and the gunmetal colour is amazing! I have never had so many compliments on glasses as I do with these, anytime I wear them I have people actually stop me to ask me about them.

So thats it guys! Thats the round up of last months favourites, I'll see if I can actually stick to doing these monthly... hahaha.
